How does a SIM Only plan work?

With our SIM Only plans you’ll pay upfront for the first month then receive a monthly bill thereafter. With our no bill shock policy, you'll never pay more than what you agree up front. At the end of the month, any excess data that has not been used will be stored in your Data Bank. Our SIM Only plans are on the 5G network and have unlimited international calls and SMS to 30 destinations.

How to get your new SIM Only Plan
Frequently asked questions

With a SIM Only plan, you only pay for the texts, minutes and data that you use on the SIM card. A handset (phone) is not included in the monthly contract.

SIM Only plans are postpaid whereby you pay a monthly bill. Prepaid plans are paid upfront at the beginning of each month.

Our SIM Only plans have unlimited international calls and SMS to 30 selected destinations. You can see the list of countries here.

Yes, data gifting is included on our SIM Only plans. Data can be gifted between any two Everyday Mobile from Woolworths services, as long as both you and the recipient are on eligible plans.

To use an eSIM with your existing Everyday Mobile from Woolworths plan on a compatible device, download the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app, sign in, tap the Options tab, then tap SIM Card, then tap Change to eSIM and follow the on screen instructions.

Once you have your new SIM, use the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app or the My Account portal to activate in a few simple steps. After activation, you can insert your new SIM card into your device. Read more frequently asked questions.

Prepaid 30 day plans

Bonus data will be applied within 48 hours of activation or upgrade and within 48 hours of the next two (2) consecutive recharges. A failure to recharge one of the subsequent two (2) recharges within 24 hours of the 30 day Prepaid Plan expiry will remove access to the bonus data for successive recharges. Customers who downgrade to a lower value 30 day Prepaid Plan or move to an ineligible plan during the Offer Period will also lose access to the bonus data for successive recharges.
