What is a Long Expiry plan?
A Long Expiry Prepaid plan is a mobile plan that lasts for an extended period either 180 or 365 days, without the need for frequent recharges. Our Prepaid Long Expiry mobile plans allow you to pay upfront for calls, texts, and data, giving you the flexibility to use your balance over a longer timeframe.
How does a Long Expiry plan work?
With a single payment made every 180 or 365 days, Long Expiry plans allow you to set-and-forget your phone bill payments. With Auto-Recharge, your plan automatically recharges after the expiry date so you don’t have to worry about renewing it. Any unused data will be rolled over. Or you can choose to recharge on a different plan. You can apply a data add-on to your current active recharge at any time.

Yes, data gifting is included on a Long Expiry plan. Data can be gifted between any two Everyday Mobile from Woolworths services, as long as both you and the recipient are on eligible plans.
You can see how many days are left on your current recharge at any time in the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app or in the My Account portal. Select “My Account” to check the recharge date.
Moving from a 30 day Prepaid plan to a Long Expiry plan is easy! Simply recharge your service via our Mobile App or the recharge page on our website. It is important to note that when moving from a 30 day plan to a Long Expiry plan, you will forfeit (lose) any unused data from your 30 day plan. This includes unused plan included data, bonus data, data that has been gifted to you and Data bank. If you move to a $130, $250 or $320 Long Expiry plan with Everyday Mobile from Woolworths, you are not eligible for the 10% off your shop offer.
