We’re making changes to our $35 Prepaid plan after 3 September 2024. Here’s what you need to know:
What's changing?
From your next recharge after 3 September 2024:
- We’ll be updating our $35 Prepaid plan to connect you to both the 4G and 5G networks. You must have a 5G compatible device to access the 5G network.
- The included 30 day base data allowance will change from 42GB to 40GB.
- We're also throwing in a one-time 50GB data bonus to your Bonus Data Balance within 48 hours of your next recharge. Note - To be eligible for the 50GB bonus data, you must recharge from a $35 Prepaid plan to a $35 Prepaid plan before 3 November 2024.
What does this mean for you?
- From your next recharge on the $35 Prepaid plan after 3 September 2024, you’ll automatically gain 5G access (if you have a 5G compatible device) and the updated 30 day data inclusions (including the one-time 50GB data bonus).
- On the 5G network, you can enjoy faster download and upload speeds, smoother streaming, and a more reliable connection. This means less time waiting and more time doing what you love.
- If you don’t have a 5G compatible device or if 5G is not available in your area, you’ll still be able to access the 4G network as usual.
