Important changes to Everyday Mobile from Woolworths $35 Prepaid plans.

We’re making changes to our $35 Prepaid plan after 3 September 2024. Here’s what you need to know:

What's changing?

From your next recharge after 3 September 2024:

  • We’ll be updating our $35 Prepaid plan to connect you to both the 4G and 5G networks. You must have a 5G compatible device to access the 5G network.
  • The included 30 day base data allowance will change from 42GB to 40GB.
  • We're also throwing in a one-time 50GB data bonus to your Bonus Data Balance within 48 hours of your next recharge. Note - To be eligible for the 50GB bonus data, you must recharge from a $35 Prepaid plan to a $35 Prepaid plan before 3 November 2024.

What does this mean for you?

  • From your next recharge on the $35 Prepaid plan after 3 September 2024, you’ll automatically gain 5G access (if you have a 5G compatible device) and the updated 30 day data inclusions (including the one-time 50GB data bonus).
  • On the 5G network, you can enjoy faster download and upload speeds, smoother streaming, and a more reliable connection. This means less time waiting and more time doing what you love.
  • If you don’t have a 5G compatible device or if 5G is not available in your area, you’ll still be able to access the 4G network as usual.

Other options, if the new $35 Prepaid 5G plan isn’t right for you.

We understand everyone has different needs and circumstances may change. If the new $35 Prepaid 5G plan doesn't meet your needs, you can easily switch to another plan at the end of your 30 day expiry period. You can do so by simply turning off Auto-recharge and choosing a new Prepaid plan through the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths App or your My Account dashboard. Please note that changing plans will forfeit any unused Data Bank balance.
