Our $30 Prepaid plan is getting an update from 27 August 2025. These changes reflect an evolution of the plan's features and inclusions.

Here’s what you need to know about the updates to our $30 Prepaid plan:
- You'll get 5G access. Your plan will now give you access to the 5G network. To enjoy 5G, you'll need a 5G compatible phone and be in a 5G coverage area. If you don't have a 5G compatible phone, you'll still have access to our 4G network..
- Your Data Bank limit is increasing. It's doubling from 500GB to 1,000GB.
- Your included data will change. It’ll move from 32GB to 30GB every recharge.
- Enjoy a one-off 100GB bonus data*. To thank our valued customers with an active $30 Prepaid plan on 26 August 2025, we'll add 100GB of bonus data to the account. This will be available for existing customers to use from 27 August 2025.
The price of our $30 Prepaid plans will stay the same.
What these changes mean for you.
If you're an existing customer on the $30 Prepaid plan with auto-recharge set up, you'll automatically move to the updated $30 Prepaid 5G plan on your next recharge date on or after 27 August 2025. You won't need to do anything.
For new customers, these updated features will apply when you activate a new $30 Prepaid plan from 27 August 2025 (*Excludes the one-off 100GB bonus data).
Considering other plans.
If the updated $30 Prepaid 5G plan doesn't suit your needs, you have the flexibility to switch to any other Everyday Mobile plan.
To change your plan, ensure you remove auto-recharge on your current $30 Prepaid plan before 2PM AEST on 26 August 2025. Then, select a different plan for your next recharge via the Everyday Mobile app or My Account. It’s important to note that you may forfeit any unused data in your Data Bank and 10% off your in-store shop at Woolworths Supermarkets offer depending on the plan you choose.

Managing your Auto-Recharge.
Changing or removing your Auto-recharge.
You can change or remove your auto-recharge settings by logging into the Everyday Mobile app or My Account.
- In My Account: After logging in, click on "Manage Auto-recharge" on your main dashboard.
- In the Everyday Mobile App: Go to the "Options" cogwheel (bottom right of your screen), then tap on "Cards and Payments" to manage or remove your auto-recharge.
Setting up Auto-recharge.
You can set up auto-recharge on eligible plans through the Everyday Mobile app or your My Account dashboard. To set up auto-recharge via the Everyday Mobile app, follow these steps:
- 1. Tap "Setup auto-recharge" on your dashboard and "Yes" to continue.
- 2. Select the plan you want to set up for auto-recharge.
- 3. Choose your preferred credit or debit card for payment.
- 4. Tap "Agree" to the Future Payments Agreement.
- 5. Follow the prompts to pre-authorise $1 to verify your payment method.
- 6. Your auto-recharge has now been set up.

We're updating our $30 Prepaid plan to include new features like 5G access and a larger 1,000GB Data Bank limit. To balance these updates while keeping the plan at the same great price, your monthly data inclusion will change from 32GB to 30GB. To support you through this change, we're providing a one-off 100GB bonus data. This bonus is for our existing customers. If you have an active $30 Prepaid plan on 26 August 2025, we'll automatically add 100GB of bonus data to your account. This bonus will be available for you to use from 27 August 2025 and will appear under 'Bonus Data' in your account.
When do these changes take effect?
The changes will apply to your plan from your next recharge date on or after 27 August 2025.
Do I need a new phone to get 5G?
To use 5G, you'll need a 5G compatible mobile phone. You'll also need to be in an area with 5G coverage. If your phone isn't 5G compatible, your plan will still work on our 4G network.
Will my plan price increase?
No, the price of your $30 Prepaid plan will stay the same.
What is the 100GB bonus data and how do I get it?
This bonus is for our existing customers. If you have an active $30 Prepaid plan on 26 August 2025, we'll automatically add 100GB of bonus data to your account. This bonus will be available for you to use from 27 August 2025 and will appear under 'Bonus Data' in your account.
When will the 100GB bonus data appear in my account?

How long does the 100GB bonus data last?
The 100GB bonus data will remain in your account until you use it. If you have any unused bonus data when your plan expires, it will move into your Data Bank. To keep this data, you just need to recharge your plan before its expiry date.
What if I don't want the new $30 5G Prepaid plan?

Will my current Data Bank balance carry over?
Yes, your existing Data Bank balance will carry over when you move to the new $30 Prepaid 5G plan. Your Data Bank limit will also increase to 1,000GB.
Can I keep my old 4G $30 Prepaid plan?
No, the current $30 4G Prepaid plan will no longer be available for new recharges after 27 August 2025. All customers on this plan will automatically move to the new $30 5G Prepaid plan on their next recharge on or after this date.
