Important changes to select Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Prepaid plans
We’re making changes to our range of Prepaid plans. The $20 Prepaid plan is being discontinued on 4th March 2024 and will no longer be available from this date.
What do I need to do if I am on the $20 Prepaid plan?
If your active plan is the $20 Prepaid plan and you have an auto-recharge set up on that same plan, you do not need to do anything. You will automatically be moved to the $25 Prepaid plan on your next auto-recharge from 4th March 2024 and we will debit the new amount on your next recharge date. Your data allowance will increase to 22GB.
If you do not wish to recharge on the new $25 Prepaid plan, please remove your auto-recharge on the $20 Prepaid plan before 2pm AEST on 4th March 2024 and choose another plan for your next recharge via the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app or My Account.
What do I need to do if I am on a different plan but have the $20 Prepaid plan on auto-recharge?
If you have auto-recharge set up on the $20 Prepaid plan but you’re active on a different plan, the $20 Prepaid plan you’ve set up on auto-recharge will be removed on 4th March 2024. You can update your auto-recharge to your active plan (or any other plan) via the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app or My Account online.

If the new plan you will be moved to does not suit your needs, you can choose a different plan or remove your next auto-recharge (which will result in your plan expiring at the end of the plan period) via the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app or My Account.
