Changes to our $25 Everyday Mobile Postpaid plan

To continue providing great service to our customers, we are upgrading our older plans with more data and inclusions. Here’s what you need to know:

Changes Effective From:

1 December, 2024

On your plan reset date, your monthly data inclusion will increase from 22GB to 25GB.
You’ll also gain access to the 5G network, provided you have a 5G-compatible device. For more information on 5G visit mobile.everyday.com.au/coverage.

1 February, 2025

Your plan price will increase from $25 to $28 per month. This new price will appear on your monthly invoice starting from this date.

What do I need to do?

Nothing! These updates will automatically take effect on the dates mentioned above.

We understand that these changes might not suit everyone. If you'd prefer to explore other Postpaid plan options, you can easily do so through the ‘Change Plan’ option on the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths app or My Account on the website. Alternatively, you can switch to a Prepaid 30 day or Long Expiry plan through the ‘Change to Prepaid’ option on the Everyday Mobile app or My Account. It is important to note that if you change to a Prepaid or Long Expiry plan you may lose your plan inclusions and benefits (you may forfeit any unused data in your Data Bank and 10% off your in-store shop at Woolworths Supermarkets offer).

I am on a 24 or 36 month contract (phone plan with a Handset Repayment), what does this mean for me?

There will be no change or impact to your Handset Payment Plan (“HPP”). This change only applies to your monthly plan inclusions and plan price.

If you are on a 24 or 36 month contract, there are two components:

Handset Repayment Plan which is your monthly payment for your mobile phone over 24 or 36 months.
Monthly Plan which is a month to month plan that includes your data, call and text inclusions.

As part of this change, your month to month plan price is increasing from $25 to $28 per month. Your Handset Payment Plan price will not change. For more information, refer to the Critical Information Summaries below.
