How does a Prepaid plan work?

With Prepaid mobile plans, you pay upfront at the beginning of each month, instead of getting a monthly bill at the end. There is no contract. You can set it up so we’ll automatically recharge your Prepaid plan for you every 30 days. Or you can choose to recharge on a different plan. If you need more data, you can apply a data add-on to your current active recharge at any time.

Frequently asked questions

The main difference with Prepaid and SIM Only is when you pay your phone bill. With Prepaid plans, you pay your phone bill upfront at the beginning of the month. With SIM Only plans, you pay for the service at the end of the month and the fee is based on your usage.

You can check your data balance by downloading the Everyday Mobile from Woolworths App or visiting the My Account portal online. You can also gift data and check your Data Bank balance there.

You can activate online. New customers will need the following for activation: a valid form of ID (Australian Drivers Licence, Australian Passport, Medicare card or International Passport & Visa); a credit or debit card to set up you monthly payments; if you are wanting to bring your number to Everyday Mobile from Woolworths, make sure your number is in your name and have your details (Date of birth/Account reference number) on hand.

Activating your service may take up to 24 hours. If you are porting, it usually depends on your current mobile carrier. See Porting Terms and Conditions for more detail.

5G SIM Only plans
